Nullify works on a pay-on-success basis. These are our refund terms in full.
1. No upfront payment
We review every case first. You are only invoiced once we have accepted the case and confirmed a valid legal ground.
2. Full refund if the content is not removed
If the content covered by your order is not removed, you receive a full refund of the amount paid for that item.
3. Re-uploads
If removed content is re-uploaded, we remove the first re-upload free of charge. A second re-upload leads to a permanent block request against the uploader.
4. How refunds are paid
Refunds are sent using the same payment method used for the invoice. Request one at info@getnullify.com with your order number.
