We remove TikTok videos that expose your private information, harass or impersonate you, or use your content without permission — for $3,700 per video, typically in 24–72 hours — by filing under TikTok's Community Guidelines and its privacy and intellectual property reporting channels, plus GDPR erasure and EU DSA notices. You pay only when it's removed. If we can't remove it, you don't pay — any deposit is refunded in full.

How it works
How we get it removed
01
Send the link and the context
Share the TikTok URL, the account name and what the video does to you. We check whether we can remove the TikTok video and on which ground — privacy, harassment, impersonation, copyright or a legal notice — and tell you plainly if none applies.
02
Capture it before it moves
TikTok videos get edited, deleted and re-posted fast, and Lives vanish when they end. Save the video, caption, comments and account page with the date visible, so the evidence survives whatever the uploader does next. We tell you exactly what to capture.
03
File under the right channel
In-app reports are checked against the Community Guidelines. Privacy, copyright and legal requests go through TikTok's separate web forms, with different reviewers. We file where your facts are strongest, and escalate through GDPR or a DSA notice if TikTok declines.
04
You pay when it's down
When the video is no longer available on TikTok, we confirm it with you. If we can't remove it, you don't pay, and any deposit is refunded in full.

Platform policy
Community Guidelines & Terms
Every major platform prohibits harassment, impersonation, privacy violations, non-consensual imagery and fake engagement — and runs formal legal and privacy request channels beyond the public report button.
US hosts and platforms keep their safe harbour only if they expeditiously remove material identified in a valid notice from the copyright owner or an authorised agent.
People in the EU/EEA (and the UK, under UK GDPR) can require organisations — search engines included — to erase personal data that is inaccurate, outdated, unlawfully processed or no longer necessary, balanced against freedom of expression.
Hosting services operating in the EU must offer a way to report illegal content, process each notice diligently and explain their decision — including when they refuse.
TikTok said the video doesn't violate its guidelines. What now?
An in-app report is a check against the Community Guidelines. A 'no violation' result there says nothing about your privacy rights, your copyright or EU illegal-content rules. We re-file through TikTok's privacy or intellectual property channels with evidence, or send a DSA notice that TikTok must process and answer with a reasoned decision. A refusal can be challenged through TikTok's internal complaint system or a certified out-of-court dispute body, and you can complain to the Digital Services Coordinator in your EU country. People in the EU, EEA and UK can also request erasure of their personal data.
Why you have to remove TikTok video copies, not only the original
TikTok is built for copying. A single video can be stitched, dueted, reposted and downloaded into new uploads within hours, and each copy is a separate post with its own URL. Removing the original does not reliably remove the copies. When you contact us, list every version you have seen and the accounts that posted them, so we can plan to remove TikTok video copies as one set rather than chasing them one notice at a time.
TikTok videos also show up in Google results, often with a thumbnail and the caption text. Once a video is down, Google's tool for outdated content can speed up clearing that result. If the video named you, search your name again a week or two after removal to check.
Reporting a TikTok video yourself: what works and what doesn't
The free route is worth trying first. In the app, press and hold the video, tap Report, and choose the category that matches the harm — harassment, privacy, impersonation or intellectual property. Choose precisely: a privacy problem reported as spam is judged against the wrong rule.
If the video includes threats or is part of stalking, report it to the police as well; removal and a criminal report can run in parallel. If it shows a child, report it straight away — TikTok has stricter rules for content involving minors. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
The wrong category was chosen, so the reviewer applied the wrong policy
The report described the harm but didn't show it: no timestamp, no screenshot, no link to the original
A copyright report came from someone who doesn't own the content; only the owner or an authorised agent can file
A privacy report didn't explain what identifies you and why it is private
Friends were asked to mass-report; TikTok decides on the policy, not the number of reports
Proof, not promises

Questions
Frequently asked
How do I get a TikTok video of me removed?
Report it in the app under the category that matches the harm, or use TikTok's privacy or intellectual property web forms for privacy and copyright cases. If TikTok says it doesn't violate its guidelines, people in the EU can send a DSA notice and challenge a refusal, and people in Europe can request erasure of their personal data. We run that whole ladder for $3,700 per video, pay-on-success.
How many reports does it take to get a TikTok video taken down?
There isn't a number. TikTok reviews reported content against its policies, so one precise, well-evidenced report can succeed where hundreds of vague ones fail. Asking friends to mass-report rarely changes the result.
Someone posted a video of me on TikTok without my permission. Is that allowed?
It depends on what the video shows. TikTok removes videos that share private information, harass you, or use your likeness in realistic AI edits, and in Europe an identifiable image of you can count as personal data under the GDPR. A video where you appear briefly in a public place, with nothing private or harassing, is usually not removable.
Will the person know I reported their TikTok?
For ordinary in-app reports, TikTok doesn't tell the account who reported them. Copyright notices work differently: the uploader is told about the claim, and the claimant's details may be passed on so they can respond.
How long does it take to get a TikTok taken down?
In-app reports can be decided quickly, but privacy and legal requests take longer, and a refusal followed by a challenge adds more time. Our typical timeline is 24–72 hours from filing. If we can't remove it, you don't pay — any deposit is refunded in full.
Does a removed TikTok also disappear from Google?
Not straight away. Google may keep the old result, thumbnail and caption until it recrawls the page, and its tool for outdated content can speed that up once the video is gone. Copies on other accounts or platforms stay searchable until they are removed too.
